Introduction

Aeterno Town Planning (Pty) Ltd was established to provide Southern African companies, organisations and authorities with professional and tested methods and solutions for their development-related projects. We assist our clients to formulate, evaluate and implement their projects and at the same time build capacity within their organisations.

 

Our mission is for our clients to achieve long-lasting, efficient and cost-effective results through our interventions, high quality advice and consistent service to them.

 

Approach

Town and regional planning, combined with strategic planning and project co-ordination, interface ideally in the current context of urban planning and development. With new legislation such as the Development Facilitation Act and the Municipal Systems Act, the focus has shifted from land use and development planning to planning and implementation, linked to the budget cycle of local authorities. In future, the planning process will be strongly linked to the concept of business plans and implementation.
